what is the expiration date?

the bottles that we received 4/4/14 have an expiration date of 3/2016

When is the Expiration date if I order it by today ?

My Bottle had an expiration date of three years from the time I order it.

Has anyone seen improvement in their skin?

I haven’t been faithfully using it. My eye doctor recommended it for my eyes as I have so many conditions of the eye. For that reason it does help. However I should start taking it again to see if it helps my skin. I never heard about flaxseed as a benefit for skin. I have sensitive skin conditions too. I’m sure one has to take it faithfully to see any results. Good luck

Other than the obvious physical difference, how does this compare with flax oil?

I can't answer this question, because flax seed oil is the only one I've used. Sorry.
