Perfect nighttime ritual to help you sleep. It definitely works. Helps you to fall asleep faster and sleep sounder. My husband and I use this every night and feel the difference if we don't.

These really work for legs that are restless and for calming effect on the nerves. I only take one before bed at least an half an hour before bed. If you get stressed out it works for that too.

Many people get magnesium glycinate not realizing that it’s 14% mag to 86% glycine . So you take 400 mg of regular mag glycinate it’s only 40 mg of elemental mag .
