This is a great kennel. It takes some time to assemble, but it is not difficult and when completed provides a secure, inescapable enclosure. I'm a builder and this kennel saved me a lot of time and money. Very satisfied.

Missing some hardware. Very thin chain link, that is held on with zip ties. The poles bend with very little pressure. Took our 30 lbs dog, less than 3 minutes to bust out. We reattached everything with wire. Then the dogs quickly figured out how to push on the gate to open it. We added another latch toward the bottom. This time it took the dogs 5 whole minutes to figure out how to escape. After all the Jerry rigging, the top collapsed with under an inch of snow. Gave up and recycled the whole thing.We only needed a kennel for two months, so I didn't want to spend $1,000. I figured that this would be good enough. Sadly, I was wrong.If you have an older, mellow dog, it would probably be fine.

I want to thank the Kullavik Service Team for being patient with my inquiries. The product is exactly what it say it is. It is spacious and sturdy and easy to assemble. They have a video that walks you through the whole process. The items are labeled for easy assembly. One issue we had was the box indicated it was a dog run and not a dog pen. So please message the seller and they will clarify exactly what it is. I am happy I didn’t have to return the items! Thanks again for your assistance!

The box says two people two hours and it took two hours alone to put the little ribber pieces of the sharp parts of fencing. It snowed and the top metal piece wasnt strong enohgh to hold the ice so it broke. Other than those problem it works well for our tiny pup, easy to move, no so bad to get into, its alot easier than leaving him on a lead.

After the assembly is completed, it’s not a bad dog kennel. It’s more for inside a garage or short term stay outside due to the stability of the cage. The directions of putting the kennel together was horrible. Good thing I had idea of what I needed to do.

I was happy with the product but I started outting it together and only had half the 52 screws I should have had.cant contact customer service..overall nice product

Putting this together was a nightmare! The fencing for the gate was too short, and the fencing for around the kennel was too long. The wire ties to put up the fencing were super flimsy. If you have large dogs like we do, DON'T GET THIS KENNEL or else they WILL get out! We reinforced it with screws and wire ties we had to buy at a hardware store.
