What is the difference between the Progressive pro-keeper brown sugar one, and the one that doesn't say Pro-keeper?

I am not sure I know what the non-progressive is but keeping moisture in the progressive one is what keeps the sugar from turning hard. Maybe the non-progressive doesn't have that disk in it? Of course, you could just put a piece of bread in the sugar container you already have and it will soften the sugar

get it if you can. i think the stone thing makes it worth it along with the airtight feature. no more clumping brown sugar. just make sure to wet the stone as instructed

Il est recommandé de mettre la petite pièce de poterie dans de l’eau chaude durant quelques heures avant de l’installer dans le couvercle. Permet réellement de bien conserver la cassonade.
