GREAT PURCHASE
I purchased this staircase to use for access to my new hot tub. We are getting too old to rely on the two step steps made for hot tubs. This stair was very easy to assemble, extremely sturdy, and easy to move around. The railing is a god-send to hold onto when entering or exiting the tub. The steps have a gritty surface to prevent slipping. The steps are wide and sturdy which is important since when we are exiting the tub we are doing it backwards and cannot see exactly where the step is, especially in the dark. The hand rail also helps steady us during exit and acts as a way to locate where the steps are. We are so pleased we purchased this stair system.

THIS IS THE BEST MOUNTING BLOCK I'VE USED IN 65 YEARS OF RIDIING!
This is not intended for use as a mounting block to aid getting on and off your horse–but it's a GREAT ONE! Stable and sturdy and big enough, it's not like standing on one of those plastic ones, swinging in the breeze next to a 1,000 pound horse. My previous favorite mounting block was made by my husband out of wood. It was great, except that it literally fell apart due to termites and dry rot. This one is powder coated metal; it won't rust or rot or getting eaten by bugs. It's light enough to be moved to the horse, if the horse won't move to it. I wish more horse people knew about this. I stumbled on it by mistake, and am I glad. I'll upload a photo of me, my horse and the steps. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!I want to add a bit to this review. Several of my horsy friends have noted that this stairway is dangerous because a horse could get a foot or leg through the posts and cause a nasty accident while someone is getting on or off. That is true. My horse is "dead broke" and unlikely to do any acrobatics while I'm using this staircase. I find the plastic block type mounting blocks more dangerous because the steps are so narrow and the top so tiny. But, be aware and be safe. Know your horse. They're all dangerous.

Easy assembly
Needed a quick temporary solution for our back door while we wait to have a new deck built. Stairs comes mostly assembled. Just fold into position and install the remaining bolts. Good quality for the price. The only thing that I was a little unsure of when ordering was the picture showed 3 steps but advertised as 2 steps. Luckily it was 3 steps

Nice sturdy steps. Be prepared to possibly need some bolts.
The steps are what I needed for my entrance area. They are sturdy and the tread on the steps is nice. My complaints are - shipping box is very flimsy - when it arrived, it was all taped up. The screws were loose in the box - some were missing - three screws & nuts. One screw was broken off. The corner on the side was bent, I straightened it. All in all - I was happy with the step assy. Just wish more care was taken in the shipping package.

Sturdy steps for RV
Bought two sets of the two step units for our fifth wheel RV. The original steps were just too high per step for us old folks. These steps make it so much safer and less stress on knees. Our 5'er has a slide deck so one set up to the slide deck and one step into the RV. The top of each step has a non-slip coating which will be awesome in adverse weather. Each set comes with one handle which can be assembled on either side. We put the handle of the upper set on the lower set since the original handle on the RV works just fine with the upper set. This allows for handles on both sides of the lower set which we find is better for us.When delivered the steps are in a collapsed position. You will need to loosen all of the connections to stand them in to the upright position then tighten them with the stability bars in place. One of our sets was missing a stabilization bar. Contacted the company and they responded with an email within minutes. A replacement bar arrived within days. Great customer service.

Spinal Cord Injury Rehab
This item is exactly what I needed. I got a spinal cord injury and I have to learn how to walk again (up stairs). It is very sturdy. I use it daily. Some days I use it more as I start to heal. I do wish I could get another rail. One on each side would be nice. Assembly was okay. It came half completed. Just needed to screw the steps once it was opened. Came accordianed.

missing nuts and bolts
nice product, but I am missing my nuts and bolts. I emailed the company on June 9th. They replied that they would send to me the nuts and bolts. It is June 24th and I just emailed them again asking for the nuts and bolts. Stairs are very well built. I would just like my nuts and bolts so I can use themUpdate on my review. I received the nuts and bolts today June 29th so I am giving them 5 stars. The steps are perfect!

Sturdy. Great for RV use.
I bought these stairs to make getting into my RV easier. They work well and have held up well through a Texas summer and winter with ice. They load easily into the back of a truck if they need to be moved.I put this together on my own, but it would be easier with two people. An electric screwdriver will make putting this together go more quickly as well. The package was missing one of the connector or brace pieces that go under the stairs.
