1. It will help your water intake2. Flavors are great my favorite would be the raspberry and strawberry lemonade3. Better than searching for them at the store especially in these timeNOTE: the only thing I would have to say that was my first order that I got I did not receive the cherry limeade instead it was replaced with a peach iced tea which I thought was pretty good so I didn't mind second time that I bought I finally got the cherry limeade which I've been wanting to try.UPDATE: cherry lime kinda taste like what I think laundry detergent would taste like hahah

I love this drink mixes. I have a goal of drinking more water each day and use these every day. It motivates me to drink more water. It also has added vitamin C which is even better. Amazon always follows through with shipping which makes this experience even better.

Great for low cal diets and backpacking
Contains a good variety of flavors that all tastes good and is low calorie.I dont like diet soda but the sweetener in this doesn't give that weird off flavor, and its a very strong flavor so one packet easily makes a 12oz bottle of water taste amazing. Would highly recommend, been buying for years
