Beautiful Blush! So Dewy! Not Sticky!
This comes in a cute outer product box. I like the design on it. It has the ingredients on the back (see photos to see ingredients). It is made in the USA. It also has a logo saying it uses clean ingredients, a logo of a bunny that says “no animal testing,” and a vegan logo.Apparently the brand name C'est Moi is pronounced, "say-mwah,” which I thought was cute, and it apparently means “It’s me” in French. The product comes in a little tube. The design on the tube is cute. It says that it’s fragrance free, but I notice a hint of scent. It’s very faint and probably just from the different oils used? And it’s not a bad scent. Just a nice, faint scent. You get a decent amount of product (see photos to see it twisted all the way up).The product claims to be a “buttery balm” that with “Shea butter, cupuacu butter, blackberry seed oil and a blend of antioxidant powerhouse oils give your lips and cheeks a radiant flush of color.” That sounds good to me! There’s 40 ingredients. Looking at the ingredients, there’s a ton of different types of oils, castor seed oil, macadamia seed oil, vegetable oil, Shea butter (14th ingredient), coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, kiwi seed oil, sweet cherry seed oil, apple seed oil, blackberry seed oil (25th ingredient), etc. I didn’t see any cupuacu butter listed in the ingredients, so maybe it’s listed under another name? For using it, it says, “We suggest dabbing a bit on both your cheeks and lips for an instant wash of color. Use your fingers and your front camera to blend. Mirrors are hard to find sometimes.” Not sure what the part about using the front camera is 😂 I guess just supposed to be something cute.It feels smooth. It feels like a chapstick kind of, but thinner, and not sticky at all. It has a dewy look when it’s on the skin. You can put powder, like a translucent powder, over it to set it. I couldn’t just wipe the stick onto where I wanted it, because every time I did that it lifted up my foundation. So, I used my fingers (rubbed my fingers on the stick and then dabbed it where I wanted it), used a sponge (rubbed the sponge onto the stick and then dabbed it where I wanted it), or a brush (rub the brush onto the stick and then dabbed it where I wanted it). With the brush, it gives a lighter look of the product, whereas with the fingers or sponge it showed a lot more. So, if you just want a little bit of color, a brush is a good way to go. If you want a decent amount of color, fingers or sponge is a good way to. No matter how you apply it, a little goes a long way so this tube will last me a while!I love the way this looks. It gives such a dewy look but isn’t sticky at all. This has become my go-to for my blush! I will definitely purchase it when I run out, but that won’t be for a while since you only need such a small amount!

VERY light tint
The One of One by C'est Moi Give 'Em Lip (& Cheek) Tinted Balm is a moisturizing lip tint, no doubt about it. I used it repeatedly on my lips over the Christmas holiday to add extra moisture to my lips, because, for some reason, my lips decided that they were the dryest, most disgusting things on my face, ever. This balm is moisturizing, but does need to be applied fairly frequently to reap any benefits. Also: it is tinted. Why is this a problem? Well, my chapped skin tends to wander outside my lip line, which means that in attempting to treat my problem skin, I hit all the dry, fiery areas with the lip balm. Well, I did this on Christmas Day (I applied some cosmetics! It was Christmas! I was feeling festive!), looked up, saw myself in the mirror, and uttered a faint scream off horror, since drawing outside the lip line with a red tinted lip balm gave me the appearance of a slightly demented Bozo the Clown (don't do this. It doesn't look good. It's not like, say, carefully drawing a slightly larger lip line with lipliner).Anyway, it works as a balm, but wears off quickly. Did I wear it as a cheek balm? It's sticky. I would not put it on my own face. It's a bit glossy; it does not seem to be something that would wear naturally on the cheeks.Recommended as a lip balm; the color is sheer and pleasant, but wears off quickly.

Moistens Lips & Natural Looking
Color: Smart MouthWhat a pleasant surprise this turned out to be. Being a tinted lip balm, I'm always leery about them because they tend to make my lips too deep, color-wise. This is the darker pink of the two offered and pinks can be iffy with me. But I really love lip balm and use it everyday, several times a day.The pink is kind of a raspberry pink. Not anywhere as dark and deep as I had expected. Being a tinted lip balm, it's very translucent and sinks into the lips within 30 minutes or so. Once its settled, it looks very natural and healthy looking. If this were a regular lipstick, this color might not be my best. But as a lip balm that only tints the lips without any glossiness or creamy layering, it looks great. Just enough color to bring my paleness back to life without really even made to look made up.It's a little tricky to apply because the tube is wider than most lip balms. The width is great for clear balms but rather difficult to apply when you are trying to control the area you are trying to place this balm. Best to try to stick with the parts of the lips just inside of the actual edges. It will work its way out. I found that some still got on the outside but was able to use my finger to remove those overruns which did not stain. As the tint sets, it does soften and start to very gradually fade, but even hours later, I noticed that there was still a hint of color left. Just enough to keep me from looking deadly. Very natural looking. On the package, it says that you can also use this as a facial blush on your cheeks. Personally, if I were going to do that, I'd get a totally different tube since I really don't like the idea of using the same tube on different parts of my body. Besides, this is not a color that I'd use on my cheeks. I'd prefer something a little more coral tinted. It seems like it might work well on the cheeks but some other reviewer will have to comment on that.Besides the color looking so good, the very best part is that as a lip balm, this did wonders on my lips. Even hours on, I felt no need to add any more balm to my lips. It works deep inside the lips to keep them moist and feeling and looking good. The only problem that I have with this lip balm is the price which I find to be very expensive. I wouldn't mind paying more for this lip balm but $14 is just a bit steep.
