Why is sodium the number one ingredient? I have high BP also and don't need the sodium. Do you make one without?

The NOW manufacturer has to step up to the plate and confirm if this is true or if this was in an older formulation. MY bottle does not mention anything about sodium being in it but CLEARLY from the description on seller page it says this. So which is it? Sodium, Milk Thistle Extract (Silybum marianum), (Fruit and Seeds) (Standardized to 80% Silymarin Flavonoids), Dandelion Root Extract (Taraxacum officinale) (4:1), Artichoke Extract (Cynara scolymus) (Leaf), (Standardized to 2% Cynarin), Other Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule), Cellulose, Silica and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

description says packaged is USA but where is it made?

I found and condensed this info from their website…NOW owns and operates several manufacturing and distribution facilities in the United States and Canada. NOW is headquartered in Bloomingdale, Illinois, where their corporate offices and primary manufacturing facility are located. Their primary manufacturing facility contains several in-house laboratories, including gas chromatography, analytical, microbiological, and sensory labs. NOW also operates a manufacturing and distribution facility in Sparks, Nevada. NOW’s Sparks, Nevada facility is a GMP-certified green facility built to adhere to LEED program specifications, which supports NOW’s focus on environmental and sustainability initiatives. Their Sparks facility is LEED Silver certified.
