Unexpected benefits
I started drinking this tea 2x a day since I got it in the mail, solely because I really enjoy the bitter nutty flavor, plus it's supposed to help detox your liver. I've been drinking it im the morning and then usually after dinner. This might be TMI, but I also noticed I've been going to the bathroom A LOT in these days, and I mean number 2- more than usual, and I just realized today that it must have been this tea! I researched it and apparently it has great prebiotics and helps with gut biome. I was surprised it was so effective!
