They're pretty good
Completely changed how I skate the insole raise my ankle meaning I could tie the skate tighter around my ankle but I found the insole harder on the heels, found I had more stability and power in turns but felt slightly more unstable on the straights due to me being slightly higher up but I think after practice and getting used them they'll break in more making the heels softer and I'll become accustomed to the difference in height

Great buy for aching feet/falling arches. Can be used inside ice skating shoes and ski shoes

Good inners
These are ok but personally I prefer to pay the extra for the Orthomove by CCM, sorry.

Bought again — great for fit adjustment
This is my second purchase of these and they’ve been the best option for my slightly too big quad skates. They do a great job of removing that “negative space” and making the fit feel more secure without having to over-tighten. Really happy with them and would buy again.
