Finally—Comfort Meets CPAP!
I’ve a new CPAP user , and this was a game-changer for my CPAP comfort. These cushions are incredibly soft and adapt perfectly to the contours of my face. The gel material feels cool and soothing on the skin, especially compared to the standard silicone that often left me with pressure marks and irritation in the morning. With Dreamweaver, I wake up feeling more refreshed and far less sore. Installation was easy—fit right onto my mask without any hassle. I was worried about leaks or slippage, but the seal is excellent, and I haven’t had a single issue. It’s also noticeably reduced the red marks on my nose and cheeks, which is a big win if you care about not looking like you’ve been in a wrestling match overnight. Not my favorite but it works and it's a good value!
I've used the gel pillow for several years now and loved it. Since that one went from $10 to $48 all of a sudden I had to change. This one seems flimsy and it takes some adjusting to get it to fit right without leaking (its been 3 nights) but it works and doesn't make my nostrils sore either. I'm still a bit on the fence but for the price compared to the other one now I will get used to it.

Dream Ware medium nasal pillow. Old reliable
Standard medium nasal pillow. I have tried the magnetic pillows, can't keep a consistent air flow without leaking so I am back to old reliable. I hope they don't stop making the Dream Ware product.

Wish all sizes were available
I really miss having different sizes available but this is the best cushion for me. I just wish they hadn't replaced it with something not as sturdy. Good leak protection.

Good, authentic product
A perfectly authentic Philips Respironics-branded product. It's 100% compatible with my Philips DreamWear nasal mask, but for around 25% less than I can buy it from other sources. A very nice deal.

Nose cusions are great, better than regular
I recently started using cpap masks. I got the Philips Dreamwear with regular nose attachments that are just a slit, and it wraps below your nose. I imagined nose pillows/cushions would be annoying. But then I gave this a try, and I love it, and will not go back. The cushions offer minimal under nose contact and therefore are far less irritating, and the seal is great.
