I’ve purchased these 23 times and that tells you everything you need to know. The DreamWear nasal cushion is the most comfortable CPAP cushion I’ve tried. Soft, minimal contact, no red marks, and seals perfectly. I replace mine regularly to keep the seal fresh and ordering here is always fast and easy. If you use DreamWear, this is the one!

Purchased (2) size Small to go with my DreamWear headgear of a different size. Both nasal cushions arrived in sealed manufacturer's packaging as expected. I've been using the DreamWear headgear with the Philips Respironics DreamWear Nasal Cushions for 5 weeks now. I'm a new CPAP user and when outfitted with this device the tech said he had been using these nasal cushions with great success. Never having used any CPAP masks I have no point of comparison, but I do think that the softness of the cushion in combination with it not being inside my nose made it easier to get used to wearing it. I also think I was fitted properly as I've had no leaks since wearing the device. If you wear the DreamWear nasal pillows (inside the nose) with the DreamWear headgear, you can get these to use instead as they connect the same way. The entire headgear can be placed inside a SoClean 2 sanitizer for easy cleaning of the mask, hose and water tank all at one time. Great price on these nasal cushions by comparison to my CPAP supplier through insurance, and it's the exact same product. Very happy with product and purchase.

I HATED NASALPILLOWS THAT HAD TO CINCH UP TIGHT AGAINST YOUR NOSTRILS TO SEAL. THIS JUST GENTLY RESTS AGAINST THE BOTTOM OF YOUR NOSE. AMAZING. I LOVE IT. GREAT SEAL AND GREAT PRODUCT. So, I got the small size set up. I will never go back to any other type of mask. I was new to CPAP and I tried three types of nasal pillow masks. I couldn't tolerate any of them. I even had one where the hose clipped to the top of your head to keep it out of the way. However, the hose protruding off your nose area would pull the nasal pillows out of my nose. I'd have to cinch these tight to keep a seal but through out the night the heavy hose would always pull it loose. My nostrils would scream in pain from those little pads rubbing against them. This mask is a dream. No little pillows pressed up tight. No big hose hanging off my face. This mask leaves me so free. There's just a little slit in the pillow the air flows through so the seal exherts no pressure on your nostrils. Additionally, the hose connects on top of your head so it easily lands in back of my bed out of the way. The comfort level is supreme and it rarely ever becomes dislodged or unsealed. The air flows from the top down the hollow sides of the mask into the opening. You can flip all over the bed without losing the seal and the mask is light as a feather!! I really love it. Love the comfort. It never slips off in the night!! Perfect. I figured I would NEVER be able to comply with therapy but this makes it a breeze!!

This nose pad does fit the Dream Wear the sleep Hap machine and as far as my research this was the most affordable product that I found online, so very happy with the purchase.

Ordered this because my backup nasal cushion was both ripped and too big. The small is the perfect size for me and my headgear.
