Very mild
I love that everything is natural in this shampoo and conditioner. They sold it at my local grocery store for a long time and then discontinued it. My scalp is very sensitive to many scents and ingredients. Also my hair is prone to fall out when ingredients don’t agree with me. This product is so very mild I’ve never had any problems with extra hair falling out or break outs on my hair line.

I am so glad I did a little research on the problem of frizzy hair. As I have aged the texture of my hair has changed. My mom had seriously curly, thin hair and as I have gotten older, I seem to have hair just like hers. That plus a year and a half of no barbering, needless to say my hair looked like I stuck a haystack on the top of my head! Two shampoos and conditionings with Garnier Fructis Smoothing Treat Shampoo and Conditioner was all it took to tame the mane. It was smooth and shiny, ALMOST like it was when I was younger. I say "almost" because I will never see that hair again. BUT, it did the trick.

Good enoug
Cleans my hair makes it soft. my hair seems damaged after i got a balayage but i think this helps a little. It was supposed to come with a hair mask but i got a different package for my skin which is weird

Good Product for 3a/3b Hair
The shampoo and conditioner were both moisturizing and smelled great. My curls were soft and and defined. However, I didn't receive the hair mask.
