It was too dry

Good product

The tofu looks great in the beginning but it is very slippery. I was not able to cut it in half because it was so soft that it broke down into pieces. Not suitable for cooking as it is so soft that you will end up making a bhurji instead of raw tofu. On top of it, It tastes awful. My dog loves it though. I feed him this.

i dont know what might be the reason but the tofu inside the box was just like shredded pork and it was not fit for consumption. since the product was for free so i didnt bothered to complaint about it. poor product or becomes poor due to packing and all since second time it has happened.

the texture is too soft, it falls apart when cooking

It was falling apart into crumbs. Absolutely stale and no taste or flavor what so ever.

The texture is almost like a hard flan. So take that into consideration for your recipe. I use firm fresh tofu to make fake egg salad so that there is a lumpy texture to maintain. This boxed tofu would come out as a paste if I mashed it. Which is fine, because you can also turn faux egg salad into a dip for crackers.It tastes great, it's easy to store and keep around, but think of the texture as really creamy, hard custard.

BEST TOFU EVER!! It was love at first taste! Often cook with tofu and by far this is the best tofu ever. I can’t even fathom how unbelievably delicious tofu can be! Texture is so smooth and velvety accompanied with the most natural freshest soybean flavor. Taste like mother nature’s freshest natural occurring tofu! Once I tried this, I have been hooked and this is the only brand of tofu I only look for and buy now. I promise you’ll understand what I’m saying and why I love it so much once you try it! Seriously, you’ll never look at any other tofu the same way again!
