I honestly can’t live without this. My hair is amazing since taking these. I’m in the menopause I lost 70 per cent of my hair it was heart breaking. Someone at work recommended these, I’ve been taking these a year and half now and my hair is back thick and shiny. I take one a day. Also it has such an healthy effect on my gut health.
