Identical to the OEM part, including the circuitry that you can access by sliding off the white plastic cover. Satisfying to have it work immediately. Works great, and great price too. On my 2005 Nissan Altima SE-R, it installs at floor level — no need to mess with the glove box. Recommend pulling back the carpet a bit, and having a headlamp and Phillips screwdriver, a SHORT one. It's a 3 min job if you are a flexible, left handed contortionist who can hold their breath. 10-20 min for a normal doofus like me. If you replace your cabin air filter like you're supposed to, your resistor will live longer. (Learned this the hard way.) Fortunately, these guys also sell the filter. Today I replaced both. Result is chef's kiss 😙👌

My old blower resistor module was burned. Replaced it less than 15 mins. Turned it on works perfectly. Noticed my old one on low fan had a funny noise. The new one fixed it completely, couldn't be happier. Definitely recommended.
