The brand is overall okay but this specific item was expired! The product inside the tube was so pasty and hard that it was impossible to mix it with the solution from the bottle! Lulu, where do you store these items? And in addition, wondering why this appears when you search for hair color without ammonia when it clearly has it! We have to always look for the small print. Overall, bad experience and degrading quality overall in services here, especially product quality and authenticity. We waste precious time waiting for items and end up being disappointed.
