What is the angle on these?

I suspect 20 or less. When setting the grinding jug to 25 it is a substantially steeper angle and would require lots of grinding to bring the whole bevel to 25.

What is the gritt of the sharpening stone

There's one coarse side, and one finer side. Unfortunately they're not labeled so exact grit size is unknown.

Do you need to oil these tools?

For the money they are the set of chisels I own, It's not necessary to oil them.

How do you use the honing guide?

The honing guide hold the chisel at the correct angle for honing. Just clamp it on the chisel and roll on over a sharpening stone to sharpen. I used it for a set of old chisels with good success.
