Tried using this a couple of times and both times same issue. Pencil comes loose, spare blades fall out, tape measure moves. Both times went back to long spirt level as so much quicker and easier. On the basis of that I have in the twelve months had this dry lined a barn conversion, and farm house plus done five other ceilings and at no point was this gimmick better than how I had been taught with a straight edge have consigned this to the bin and would not recommend but the idea is good.

Absolutely rubbish wouldn’t have one given poor quality product
