ON is a good brand and this product is as promised
Helps well and does it's job as mentioned. I use it for workouts and it does show a difference in performance. I am picky about the taste and texture and this product is of high quality. The orange flavour tastes like orange flavour of Tang which is delicious. I have tried Xtend (slightly different formulation) but it was substandard and caused sore throat on every consumption.

No effect on the gym performance, doesn't help you wake up, extremely sweet even in a small dosage AND toxic orange coloring ingredient that makes your tongue and mouth orange for 1 hour, I'm scared to think what it does to the internal organs. Choose any other product that would work, doesn't taste like diabetes and would not color your mouth and organs in toxic orange color
