What is the running torque of this motor? I am looking for a high running torque (62oz-in+) stepper and driver that runs on a 12vdc power source.

The data sheet that came with mine shows 63.7 oz in holding torque (0.45 Nm).

is this directly compatible with and arduino? if so, what board?

The stepper motor 17HS15-1504S-X1 can campatible with the arduino, but may be you need to buy our stepper motor driver DM556N-L togethier. The DM556N-L is low control signal voltage, from +3.3V to 5V which is for arduino. Here is the link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PLTY678

can this be used with a raspberry pi driver controller?

It can as long as the driver uses a separate power supply from the raspberry pi and the driver board is compatible with I2C or SPI. The raspberry pi only has 3&5v supplies and the standard gpio isn't fast enough to communicate with the driver in a reliable manner that'll produce accurate positioning.
