The chair is great and very comfortable but the remote is very cheap and doesn't work well. I can't plug any of my USB cables in the USB port and when you push the chair controls to recline or lift the process is very slow and jerky.What it all bowls down to i think is that it is cheaply made. Guess u get what you pay for

I have had 3 power recliners and this one is by far the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. The back is tilted too far back on an angle and the padding must be rocks as the chair is so hard. We are not using it. Return rules must be in original box (which is now cut up and disposed of) so chair is in the garage until I see if I can sell it. $678.00 with shipping charges and tax WASTED. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR unless you can afford to throw away money.

purchased for a friend who has trouble with his knees and arms , from getting out of his comfortable recliner, not power assisted, so purchased this chair for him .. He said it works exactly as advertised...however, its a bit small for him to sit in and not as comfortable as his previous chair, however, the power lift system has helped his knees and arms, so he is satisfied with the chair.
