This might work well if you're still, however, I was active and it didn't stay in place. As soon as I started to work up a sweat, the plastic bunched up and started to slip around everywhere. I ended up getting frustrated and ripping it off while running on the treadmill. I had it wrapped around my upper arms and calves, it was an awful experience. If I used it during the day while working from home (I sit at a desk and type all day), probably would have been ok. Or, if you need to squeeze into clothes that are just a little bit too tight, and you wrap your problem areas w/this and sit in a sauna or a steamy bathroom for 30 min, it just might do the trick (as far as zipping up a pair of jeans or a dress). Kind of depends what your goal is w/this stuff. Shipping was fast and no issues at all w/the transaction.

2nd time purchasing an Osmotic wrap, 1st time through this seller. This wrap is way more superior then the first wrap that I purchased from another seller. I'm very impressed with the quality of this product.

Once on, I like the product. Definitely better than kitchen plastic wrap. Holds nice and tight and makes you sweat a lot! My only complaint is that it's SO hard to get off the roll to wrap around without one side ripping every two inches. I tried doing it several different ways but it seems like one end is sorta folded into itself every so often so it gets caught and rips. Might just be the roll I received but it definitely makes the process a bit frustrating.

What I like about this product is that it helps another way the fact and it works I need to order more it is needed or on your workout session and sometimes when you sleep but I don't like is if I just wear it by itself but my clothes on top it rises up but if I wear it under my shapewear and my sauna vest and my waist trainer it stays in place without it it rolls up it can be uncomfortable without the right Wear on over it

I could have bought plastic wrap from the grocery store with the same quality as this... Its so thin that it is see-through without stretching it.. I have to fix it and re-roll so many times due to it breaking while trying to put it on.

do not buy it tears to easy you cant even get a full wrap around your before it tears

I do herbal wraps and this is perfect for sealing the herbs and oil and absorbing the heat. Much better than regular plastic wraps!
