There is nothing wrong with it except that the delivery speed is slower.

I have low iron and my ferritin level was at a 7. Less than a month of taking this along with MegaFood Blood Builder (I cannot tolerate prescription iron pills), my ferritin level is up to 12! Seeing as how it can typically take months for levels to rise, I am thrilled to see that I was up that much in less than 4 weeks. I do have iron infusions scheduled but will continue to take this to keep them up to a healthy level. The pill was harder for me to swallow, but I learned if you tuck your chin (basically look down) then it goes right down.
