Good Horror B - Flick. If you are a fan of scary B movies, then I highly recommend this one!

This movie is exactly what I was expecting from the preview. It has some scary scenes mixed into the main dark comedy that made up this film. If you are a fan of FullMoon, DO NOT skip this movie! It is one of their better films and I absolutely loved it.

Better quality I think in this Full Moon studios film than most of their garbage that they pump out. Fun clown characters and I love how each one has it's own personality. Overall a fun time and I also recommend you pick up the fourth one as well which is Killjoy Goes to Hell. Don't bother with the first two at all.

Anyone who suffered through the first two KILLJOY movies and lived to tell about it will be pleasantly surprised with this third entry, which is the only tolerable film in the series. Killjoy the demonic killer clown is back, but this time he has brought along his own insane clown posse to terrorize a house filled with college kids on Spring Break! After writing the controversial hit DEADGIRL and starring in countless B-movie schlockers, Trent Haaga returns to the role of Killjoy with a darker and more comical performance than before. Taking after A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 3: DREAM WARRIORS, the characters jump back and forth between the real world and Killjoy's twisted dream dimension, where they must battle their way through his evil minions in order to destroy him once and for all. KILLJOY 3 is a refreshing throwback to the fun and over-the-top Full Moon features from the 90's, with plenty of silly slapstick and stupid humor to distract from the passable production and mediocre acting. -Carl Manes I Like Horror Movies

Okay a five star review for Full Moon's Killjoy 3 is that to say that this is as good as say Suspiria, Kill Bill, or Slumdog Millionaire. Probably not. However, this is an awesome five-star calibur Full Moon Production. Full Moon has a skill for making awesome Part 3's. Puppet Master 3, Subspecies 3, Trancers 3. Killjoy 3 attempts to tie together the other Killjoys without having flashback scenes from previous movies. This is welcome for a Full Moon movie. Some of their movies are 76 minutes long and have a 10 minute flashback scene. This one is all real new footage. It was filmed in China but, you can't really tell. There are awesome elaborate sets. Excellent lighting, beautiful colors. This is a vibrant movie. I have to say I see every Full Moon feature. I was disappointed in Demonic Toys 2 and disappointed in Puppet Master: Axis of Evil. However, I feel that this Killjoy 3 is a step above those films. I really enjoyed watching it. This is the kind of movie I probably would not have given a chance unless it was a Full Moon Movie but, I am glad I did. I don't want this review to ruin the plot or highlights of the film but, it is worth checking out. This time around Killjoy has three demonic clown friends with him. One of them is a succubus played by new scream queen Victoria DeMare. She does an excellent job as the clown succubus. She is really cute. Kind of reminiscent of Robin Sydney from Skullheads, Gingerdead Man, and Evil Bong. The Puppet Master film even makes a very brief cameo. The acting is really good and the dialogue is good too. This movie is a good film for Full Moon fans to checkout because it is a nice return to form. If you are new to Full Moon Productions this one is worth checking out to. People new to Full Moon of course will need to check out classics like Meridian and Subspecies as well. I regret getting this film on instant stream on my Playstation 3. I couldn't find it physically to rent. I will down the line probably buy the DVD because I love the behind the scenes features. I don't know if this DVD has behind the scenes features. I haven't found any useful reviews that assist with that information. So yeah, another good Part 3 for Full Moon Productions. They make some crappy movies and good movies. Sometimes in the same breath but, they are always fun to watch on a cold night or a hot night. With friends or alone (lots of eye candy).

Killjoy 3 is a pretty dang inaccurate title for this horror sequel. It didn't kill me and didn't bring me dang joy. Oh, but I did fart 3 times while watching it. Killjoy 3 is a pretty dang stupid movie, and not as much fun as some other recent movies from Full Moon Pictures. Gingerdead Man 3 would be a dang better choice if you want a Full Moon movie with a dang "3" in its title.

Most of the acting was good, especially all the demon characters. It was pretty good but the show could have been longer. Money well spent overall. Im a huge fan of B rated movies and sometimes theyre hit and miss but this was a hit.

This is one very good killjoy.Better as the first and second.

Plot. A college prof wants revenge so conjures up the killer clown. This is a lot better than the previous films although I can understand it will not appeal to everyone. I thought it was a fun outing as Killjoy now has some clown mates to help him. Technically the effects are pretty good but anyone expecting a bloodbath will be disappointed. There's lots of silliness with daft scenes and set ups like a naked girl on the dinner table waiting to be eaten. The acting is decent as the characters tried to be serious except for the madcap clown who revelled in being over the top a bit too much. The dialogue though did vary from dire and cringing to sensible but there were a few amusing one liners. I went into this not expecting much as it was to complete the set but I actually enjoyed it. Extras include vintage behind the scenes, behind the scenes from China and trailers. USA Release but plays Region zero even though it states Region 1 on the box.
