Love the spice!
I drink chai multiple times throughout the day and I am so glad I found this product! Very customizable, easy to make and travel with! I was looking for something unsweetened, spicy and travel friendly, Blue Lotus Chai checks all the boxes and tastes good! I like a mixture of water and oat milk, sometimes a little bit of honey. Delicious!

Spicy and flavorful.
It’s has the right mix between the spiciness and the earthy flavor. It’s really good to have it with milk and a little bit of sugar.

Delicious to Drink as Well as Deliciously Priced
After a year of loving this product I have finally gotten around to writing my review! I have ordered both the traditional masala chai and the mint chai. Both of these are amazing in flavor. The traditional is more spiced where the mint has a slightly cooler mouth feel with a mint flavor that is there and balanced with the rest of the spices. Is it as good as say an excellent chai made in a restaurant from scratch? No, but for the convenience, time savings, and price, especially price, I'd say this is really as good as it gets. I like my tea strong so I don't get the servings listed on the package. I make this in 16 oz increments since I drink from a tumbler and use about 1.5x the recommended serving (which is 2 super rounded scoops) I am probably about 50-55 cents PER 16oz drink I make in terms of the chai mix. Starbucks chai you can't get for less than $4. Most of the chai concentrates in stores have sugar and is high in calories. Also it's about 3-4 dollars for anywhere from 5-8 servings based on the brand that maybe gives 8-12 ounces per drink. So on an ounce per ounce drink cost this still blows those out of the water and tastes just as good if not better. I can undoubtedly enjoy this hot or iced. For iced I'll still mix with hot water to dissolve then fill the rest with my cold water ice and creamer of choice to taste. For anyone on keto this is my go to drink. I can have this with a sugar free/0 carb creamer. YES!! My fellow keto people you too can enjoy this chai on keto!! This is definitely a delight to have as a pantry staple. I love that the container assists in keeping everything fresh. I admire how it is shelf stable. I keep a traditional tin at my parent's place for when I visit knowing that it'll still be good when I visit. I appreciate that each flavor has it's own color tin. I am not always the most awake person first thing in the morning and it being "color coded" so to speak lets me make the correct decision without needing to read the container in my morning sleep haze. So in essence, this chai is a delicious staple to my home that is price, time, and keto friendly. I can't ask for more and that is why I give this a 5 star review.

A great, spicy chai!
It's an amazing deal if you're constantly making chai. I used to use the premix super sweet powders but this is a much better deal and you can adjust the sweetness and milk/milk alternative amount to your liking. I found that different batches taste slightly different - my current one tastes more ginger forward. I sometimes wish it had more tea flavor, but I'll brew a cup of black tea to combine it with if I have the time. They used to include a tiny wooden spoon to scoop the chai but no longer do :(

Great for quick drink options
Very potent flavor, and super easy to mix. Blends nicely with other flavors, and tasty hot and iced.

Best Chai mix!
Absolutely love this chai tea! It is very spiced, which is what I was looking for. It's very simple to brew as well. I simply put a rounded 1/4 tsp in my mug, a few drops of monk fruit sweater, fill 3/4 full with boiling water, and top with a bit of oat milk. The best! You get a lot of spicy, yummy morning cups! It says 100- I have not counted.

For an instant, it's good.
Just like the title says. If you're looking for an instant Chai this is one of the better ones. Unsweetened so you can have it as is or with the sweetner of your choice. Will it taste like the Chai you get from restaurants or make on the stove? No. Not remotely close. It's travel friendly being powdered, you can mix it into anything too, hot chocolate, coffee, ice cream, whatever. It is expensive for the size, this is not cost effective to me, and seems to have a lot of pepper in the mixture. I bought this a few times... Making my own Chai from here on out, it's crazy simple and i like my chai to taste prominent with spices. A little more time consuming and involves cleanup, but the taste and color is so much more grand than instant.

Ridiculously easy to make - deliciously good to drink
This is among my favorite chai mixes. My sister makes chai from spices she brought back from a 6 month journey through India. That's the best chai I've ever had. It's also the most time consuming chai to make, involving multiple steps and cooking in a saucepan over an oven range. But this is a reasonable substitute considering it's so ridiculously easy to make. Add water, a little milk or half and half, and sweetener of choice, et viola! Delicious chai in seconds! I've attempted a variety of creations with this mix trying to get it just right but I must confess I've not mastered it though I'm halfway through my second jar. Here are my tips for making a great tasting chai using Blue Lotus brand Chai. First, feel free to experiment. The directions instruct you to mix 4oz of water with this mix until throughly mixed together. Then add 4oz of milk and heat. This works really well but doesn't need to be the way you make your chai every time. Try a variety of different things until you find something that you like or becomes your favorite. Second, make sure it's mixed in really well. Not many people really enjoy coffee grounds in their coffee or the loose leaf of tea getting stuck in their teeth. I know I don't. Make sure you mix the chai really well with hot water before adding sweetener or milk. If you don't you'll end up with quite a bit of the grains at the bottom of the cup which can make for a poor last sip. It also means your chai didn't disintegrate to give you full flavor, which means you're probably using more chai than necessary to get good flavor. Don't be too hasty. Take your time. If you don't stir it in really well you may end up regretting it later on. Finally, you won't get 100 cups out of this. The packaging claims you'll get 100 cups out of this can of chai. It comes with a small wooden spoon (which honestly adds a nice touch to the experience) which is made to hold the 1/4 teaspoon of the chai blend you're supposed to use in the directions on the can. Depending on how you mound the chai and how strong or weak you like it, you won't be getting the 100 cups out of this can like it claims. But don't worry too much about that. even if you only get 50 cups you're still getting a great deal for chai thats way easier to make than other methods. Overall, this chai mix makes a delicious chai. It's not the best chai I've had but through experimentation I can make a delicious cup that certainly fills my chai cravings on cold winter days. I'd recommend it to family and friends. My preferred method is to use more milk than water, more chai than 1/4 teaspoon, and a bit of honey to sweeten things up. It's great in Soy milk with agave. For a quick cup (though not nearly as delicious) water, half and half, and stevia packets.

Miniature too expensive
Product is tiny. Not worth the value unfortunately.

The best unsweetened instant chai.
I love this chai for four reasons: 1) No added sugar! For people who don’t want/can’t have sugar or sweeteners, in a chai mix it’s rare to come by. 2) Instant powder. It’s more convenient for me than teabags. 3) The flavour! The spice blend is a little on the peppery side, and is so delicious. 4) No added milk or whitener. For lactose intolerants, or those who prefer to add the whitener of their choice. I searched A LOT to find a tasty unsweetened instant chai. This is the one.
