Disappointing
I guess I misunderstood the measurements listed in the product description. The bags are considerably smaller than the average grocery bag. The product description states that it is 18 inches long. In truth, it is 17 inches long from the top of the handle to the bottom of the bag. Had I known that the stated 18 inches included the handle, I would not have ordered these. The bag's storage area actually measures 12 inches from top to bottom, 14 inches across, then tapers to 8-1/2 inches at the bottom. These bags are appropriate for take out food, not groceries.
