Why is the price high? I bought this for 19 few months back.

Wait for the deal, I bought in 9.85 even.

Is it the same quality as the facial tissue in the box? I don't mind if its in a box or plastic. Most important is the quality of the tissue. Thanks.

It’s same quality but with smal size not like the original size
