I didn’t have a clog at bathroom sink just an odor. I was disappointed it did nothing to dissipate the smell.

We were using this product to clean out the drain after snaking a kitchen pipe didn’t work. It took about 2.5 bottles over a few days and other work to get the pipe to clear. After the 3rd treatment, the pipe was still clogged and draining a bit slower. So I did a few tests running the disposal again ... which would drain the left sink into the right sink... I then added water to the left side with the disposal running. The water started to rise in the right side. After 2 more times of this, the clog all the sudden cleared And the sink now drains.We tried plunging, 25 ft snake (never found the clog with the snake), the garbage disposal method I mentioned, BioKleen, and the disposal again. I don’t think the clog was 100% cleared by BioKleen but I think it weakened the clog well enough to let it pass.A few tests in the sink overnight showed it really eats organic material like onions, but it didn’t break down coffee grounds as much. The product was also a little irritating and made me cough a little while it was soaking (if in the same room for an hour+). It did make the sink drains smell better. I also could tell that some of the other material is the drains were cleared out after using BioKleen.If you’re trying to avoid a plumber... give this a shot. Like others have reviewed, you probably will have to use other methods in combination with Biokleen depending on your issue. I’d prefer to use this over super harsh chemicals or processes.

Seems to work well. No harsh chemicals like some drain cleaners. BUT, packaging is terrible. First two bottles arrived EMPTY as tops came off in transit...they were replaced however. Second two bottles just thrown into a cardboard box but at elast caps stayed intact. Will buy again but worry about the shipping!!!

I was looking for a more natural way to clean my drains. This got rid of the stank and gunk right away. Followed the directions to a T.

Slow drain at Mum's house - and this product gave lots of hope - but it is an ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY!!! Used half the bottle which was more than directions and then following day used the rest. It did NOTHING AT ALL!!!
