This is so easy to dissolve, great quality my nerves are so much more stable, helps with tingling and numbness, I use one per day in the morning, smells and tastes great. Easy to chew, good dosage

As with all NOW brand supplements I take, I am very pleased with this! It’s a great price, too. Sometimes I will let it melt under my tongue and sometimes, if I’m in a hurry, I will chew it. It tastes great and is a very small pill. I have had no side effects. I highly recommend them to everyone!

It takes 20 minutes to melt under your tongue but worth it. My doctor told me that doing it this way assures maximum absorption. I take B12 for anemia and it’s helps with my sciatica also. Those complaining about how long it takes to dissolve just don’t have a condition where this is needed. I’ll do my back exercises while it’s melting. No problem. The taste is cherry. I recommend.
