Rough material. And the wipes are sooo dry. They should not be considered water wipes if there is no water.

Affordable Wet Wipes
These wet wipes get the job done! We have tried many types of wet wipes and have settled on these. The packaging isn't fancy, but these are affordable and are easy on our children's skin.4 stars because the open and close sticker on each bag wears out pretty quickly. If you do not use each pack within 1 week or so, the sticker wears out, and all of the wet wipes will dry out. If you are using a lot of wet wipes, I 100% recommend these.

It easily breaks when pulling
It is small and easy to break or get ripped when pulling. I’ve seen reviews about it but I still tried. And it produces some bubbles which I didn’t see in other water wipes.

packaging so not good, that top sticker comes off within several use and after that wipes are dry, its sticky to each other and very difficult to take them.
