Joints Don't Ache When Lifting Weights
I bought these a while back and only started taking them regularly recently. My joints had been aching for the last 10 years when I did bench press and squats and also some other exercises until I warmed up. I took these for a month and then started bench pressing again and was surprised and noticed while doing the first set that I had no joint pain. I have lifted over the last few weeks and noticed that the pain has not returned and also that I have been sleeping better - I guess its the magnesium. I take two a day and so far this has been a great supplement. Not sure if everyone will have the same results but so far they worked for relieving aching joints for me.

While the formula provides a comprehensive blend of essential macro and trace minerals, there is really nothing special here to set it apart from other standard brands on the market. I took these consistently but did not feel any noticeable health benefits or changes in my daily wellness. While the ingredient profile may be perfectly fine for someone else, it just didn't do anything in my universe. It simply failed to make an impact, so I don't think I'll purchase this product again. There are better options out there.
