This saw is very handy and works well for small jobs. I like the safety feature on the trigger-no accidental startups by bumping the trigger when handling the saw. Now for the bad. This saw came with two batteries- one of which was defective. I contacted the seller and they promised to send me a replacement. I waited a month and contacted them again and they said to be patient. It has been over two months and still no battery! I doubt I will ever see a replacement! I will update if I receive one. Update: 6/13/2021 The seller was unable to send me a replacement battery ( I'm still not sure why) but they did offer a refund, so problem solved. The saw still works very well and I am happy with my purchase! UPDATE 6/29/22 This saw has worked very well and I use far more than I expected. I would definitely buy again if I need to replace this someday!

I just love this little chain saw. My neighbor loved it , too, and he bought one for his daughter in Michigan. She loves it , too! So handy and light weight. Battery lasts enough time for me. I'm getting a bit tired and want a break by the time the battery wears out. Cuts through more than I thought it would. My neighbor is a big guy and he used it to clear a brushy area in his yard and he was impressed by it's strength.

I liked that it's a handy little tool to use. The battery has a short life, so I would recommend is to have your second battery ready to go (semper paratus). On the headline the word all doesn't include minors without proper supervision. Just saying...

I spent more time doing maintenance on the machine than I did working. The batteries felt like nothing and didn't even charge the way I thought they would of.You had a plug, if I remember it was a DC 12V or something odd. What?The chain kept slipping off with the most basic of tree branches, and when I wasn't fighting the thing to stay on, it wouldn't even start half the time on a brand new fresh bat.Save your money. Not worth it.

I was skeptical when I ordered this item because it was so small and the price was low. I was very pleasantly surprised. I am a 73 year old female and used it with ease. It is lightweight and easy to handle. I used it to cut a small tree plus it cut through bamboo. I am amazed at the power this mini chainsaw has. The price was great, and I also received 4 chains along with it. I just can't say enough good things about this item.

my wife likes having a way to trim limbs and twigs . i like the fact I don't need to get out a big chainsaw to do small trimming jobs. yes, i used it a couple times also. kinda fun. unexpectedly sharp chain. I was pleased how long the batteries lasted between charges.

It’s just not as good to use as I thought it would I’ll keep it but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
