I see that some people have super high expectations in terms of sleep aid, this is not a pharmaceutical product.But It definitely helps you relaxing, with digestion and prepare you for a good night sleep. Also tastes really great.I am stocking this only when its on sale. Pukka people please revise the price.

I have been drinking chamomille at night for years before trying this tea and once I did there was no turning back! I’m addicted and so is my cat, apparently the valerian in this tea is better than catnip! I let him have the last sips every night and he is very high after 🤣

Works wonders for minor sleep issues
Bought this tea after a recommendation from a friend on trying sleep teas. Have to admit, I did not have high hopes but I’ve been proven wrong. I have been drinking this tea half hour before bedtime in addition to the ashwagandha/tulsi tea (organic India) in the afternoon for about 3 weeks now. I can now sleep straight through the night, on days the alarm is not set I can even go 9-10 hours straight. Needless to say, I’m a life long customer now. This tea works. For people who don’t like to go the pharmacological route this could be a natural organic solution.

Felt dizzy afterwords
The taste was ok, but I felt very dizzy after drinking the tea. Not sleepy, but really dizzy that I could not stand. I’m afraid to try it again. My husband tried it too, and he felt no effects.
