Unreliable, leaks grease and generally awful repair delays
We ordered this to use in the kitchen - after using it 3 times in less than 1 month, we noticed that it was leaking grease into the mixture - potentially extremely dangerous and a health hazard. We sent it for repair - according to Amazon's repair timing it should have taken 18 days. Instead, it took more than 1 month. With constant follow-ups and communication, it eventually was returned to us from repair. And then, you guessed it, issue wasn't fixed, and it started leaking again. We returned it for a full-refund. At least Amazon was supportive in doing that.
