Excellent option to control incontinence.
I tried this for 2 days now and I feel comfortable while using it. No irritation or pressure. Just follow the instruction of use and you can use it for the whole working day. Its advisable to take a break of it after your activities to ensure blood circulation is not impacted.Heared of several negative feedback about its easy to break. This is quite true as openeing and closing clamp need some force, if its directed correctly it will last (as i hope).

WIESNER Incontinence Penile Clamp IS THE BEST!
Having to deal with incontinence at the moment after having my aggressive cancer-filled prostate removed, this WIESNER Incontinence Penile Clamp has been an absolute life saver. Iโm cleared of all cancer, but due to the incontinence, I felt imprisoned in my own home because I was too scared to go out. But on purchasing this penile clamp, I travelled to the Philippines for 2 months and was able to live a relatively normal life, which I would never have been able to do without this clamp. My advice would be, donโt buy cheap imitations on Temu. Buy the medically approved WIESNER Incontinence Penile Clamp!

Great solution after prostate surgery
I had a radical robotic prostatectomy two weeks ago. After the catheter was removed the taps were wide open and I was soaking a Depends maximum guard every 2 hours. This is a common response to prostate surgery and can last for many weeks. I needed a solution that worked better than the Depend guards.I researched all the incontinence clamps and Wiesner was rated the best choice. I was skeptical but ordered one from Amazon. It arrived in three days. The unit comes with three sizes (small, medium and large) and each size has three easy sizing adjustments. Medium size comes preinstalled on the lowest adjustment setting. The manufacturer recommends you start with the medium size.Instructions in the box were clear and easy to understand. The units physical size is small and easily fits under your clothes without showing. It is comfortable when you walk around, sit and lie down. (I walk one hour every day.) I started with the recommended medium size on the lowest size setting. I had slight leaking when I stood up so I kept the medium size but adjusted the sizing setting one notch tighter. That was perfect for me. No leaking when walking, sitting, lying down or standing up and it did not feel overly tight. When your bladder tells you its time to go, you simply release the latch and nature takes over. I don't even take the device off, just release the latch, empty my bladder and reconnect the latch. It is a simple process that I can do at home or in a public washroom in the privacy of a bathroom stall. (I don't use the urinal in case someone else comes in.)My big fear was the device would slip off when my bladder was full and the rush of pee would soak my pants. So being cautious I also wore this device with a Depends maximum guard under my blue jeans. The device did not slip off and my depends guard was dry every time. I wore the device in the shower and it did not slip off even when it came in contact with soapy water. A daily shower is an easy way to clean the device. The manufacturer provides one instruction to follow when wearing the device. You should empty your bladder every 1 to 2 hours. For me this is not an inconvenience since nature calls every two hours since my surgery. There is some concern I read in the customer reviews that said the plastic unit could break if you bend it too much. The solution for this is to handle with care and don't force it open or force it closed. Just take your time latching and unlatching the device.I paid $60.00 for the device. It was so worth it. My life has returned to normal and I can sit and watch TV with my family, ride in the SUV, go shopping etc and sometimes I forget I'm even wearing it until nature calls. I highly recommend this unit.

Comfortable and works well
My "dribbling problem" arose after prostate cancer treatment with external beam radiation and implantation of radioactive seeds. (Having this treatment was absolutely the worst decision of my life (and I've made some whoppers) -- but that's a story for another day.) The leakage, just a few drops at a time but constant, forced me to use pads, double underwear and other cumbersome, annoying ways of trying to keep dry, but without reasonable success. So I tried a clamp -- my first choice was the Cunningham. Well, it worked okay, but it never was really comfortable. So I tried the Wiesner, and have been very pleased. I can wear it most of the day with reasonable comfort. (It's important to take frequent bathroom breaks to release backed-up urine.) No leakage; easy to apply and take off. Once it's on I can forget about it and stay dry. Just one piece of advice that's not mentioned by the manufacturer or in other reviews: I find that wrapping a small piece of soft tissue like Kleenex around the penis prior to attaching the clamp makes the wearing much more comfortable.LATER: After posting this review, I thought a comment for "newbies" to the idea of wearing an incontinence clamp might be helpful. I came to the idea of an incontinence clamp unwillingly -- it almost seemed barbaric. But the endless dribbling, wearing pads of one kind or another, drove me to it. The first time I put it on, I had visions of medieval torture devices and thought, what am I doing to myself? That frame of mind lasted about an hour or so. After one minute I had no sensation that anything was hanging on one of my favorite organs, and after a couple of hours, with DRY UNDERSHORTS, I realized I had found a valuable help in leading a normal life. (I'd like to reiterate one point I made in the previous paragraph: it helps to wrap a small piece of absorbent Kleenex (even a few squares of toilet tissue) around the penis. Reason: any dampness can cause irritation; that's soft, delicate skin there, guys.)
