I give this 5 stars:I started taking the capsules as soon as I received the bottle in the mail, I will definitely be buying this product again. After just 1 day, I started noticing the cleanse especially in my tummy, make sure to drink lots of water as the capsules are pretty large but easy to swallow. Bathroom breaks are likely, so make sure you are close to a washroom.

Very hard to swallow down. Drink plenty of water with them as there is a choking hazard with them if you’re not used to size of them.

Seems like they work , only issue they're too big to swallow can easily choke.
