This is second purchase of this steam iron. The first purchase was a year ago and I am completely satisfied with its performance and functionality. Would have given five star if the product had no damages. Paint finish damage noticed on the delivered item.

No need for expensive iron. It has a huge water tank at it irons like the famous expensive brands

Covers your clothes with water when steaming and you should wait for it until it dries Which is not sufficient for quick ironing

Received package already opened, it has a problem with steaming function, Iron dripping water a lot instead of steaming, the iron not been fixed obviously and send to me without notification it's been used before, unfortunately I sent home so cost of returning is expensive

very nice priduct. all features are good but the wire is in a position which rubs afgains you had as yo iron so if youare ironing 2 or more garment at a time it may bother you. i wish that was looked into. i wish if the cable would slide downwards this problem could have been avoided. a bit heavy as i moved form a ordinary philips iron without steam.

Great iron. Very Manly, masculine. Heats up very fast. Powerful steam. Mine arrived with UK POWER PLUG (Great Britain, GB, Type G plug, 13 Amp) . 2400W is as powerful as I've seen irons. It's not too heavy. I am using only distilled water to prevent mineral deposit and contamination. Spray is very good- even pattern. Good atomization. Cord is very very nice. White fabric braided covered power cord. Relaxed and free moving not stiff. Iron plate is ceramic coated. Many steam port holes. Does not drip or leak (just make sure you have right steam level for heat setting). Very good price compared to similar products for $100 or more.
