Great to relieve some stress on the affected muscle part. Need to apply it on a very dry skin to prevent from peeling off, donโt ever apply it on a sweaty skin.

product is really bad quality compared to the extreme one. even though i have bought before and it was good, but this one was really bad, i would like if i could refunded or even change it to the extreme one if possible, cause i opened another box and it's the same as soon as i put it on it comes doesn't stick well

Tape is very bad quality .it doesnโt stick properly I have replaced the tape 5 times per day every time itโsPealing by itself .The only positive thing about it itโs pre-cut. Other than that it doesnโt work

KT tape is great for injuries, other problem areas
Love KT tape. Helps with carpal tunnel pain & discomfort. Tape stays on well throughout my busy day & doesnโt take skin w/ it when removing. I use the KT tape while working since my regular wraps are bulkier & get in the way of working on clients. Strongly recommend purchasing as the KT tape works well for wrapping other types of injuries.

Good in theory
Good length strips, I immediately felt an improvement in pain once I applied it to my knee. The separate portions of tape are handy. However the 3rd time applying the tape I found that it started to roll on the edges after 10mins and was not sticky. I would not purchase this again. Instead I will buy a knee brace.
