We installed this tile in another building and purchased it again because of its strength. It is not a flimsy peel-and-stick tile, you have to buy an adhesive to apply to the back of the tile to install it. After you install it, you also need to apply floor wax to "seal" the flooring from staining as easily. But once you follow these steps, this flooring will last twice as long as the flimsy peel-and-stick tiles. Since these tiles are thicker than the peel-and-stick type of tile, you need a tile cutter to get a nice, clean edge. Otherwise the tiles will break off at uneven angles, leaving an unattractive appearance and a waste of your flooring investment.
