عصا التنفس ممتاز و يساعد على دخول كمية كبيرة من الهواء و ثابت جدًا.يعيبه أنه قصير قليلًا و يسمح بدخول الماء عند إمالة الرأس قليلًا للأسفل. عند النفخ بقوة يخرج الماء بسهولة، لكنه مزعج قليلًا عند السباحة الحرة لفترات طويلة.مثبت الرأس مزعج قليلًا و انحناءته لمسك الرأس قاسية قليلًا. يترك أثر بسيط على الجبهة عند نزعه بعد السباحة حتى لفترات قصيرة.

Caution - good but need to do it right.
When you get it working right, it's great. But be really careful. You definitely need a nose clip, and if you're nose isn't completely sealed water will enter through your nose. But once you get it dialed in, it's great. But caution, you'll be coughing up water if the nose clip isn't right. Don't swim away until you've got it working right in a stationary position.
