I have very American hands. Do you think this key chain would be big enough?

Yes!It's very big,and a little heavy.I think you will love it and you will be going to throw your small key chain.

I have very asian hands. do you think this very american hands product will work for my very small asian hands?

Good comeback. But it is a legitimate question being that on average the American Hand is 1.1657 times the size of the "other" hands. Think about it.

Does it come with key rings as pictured?

Yes, it comes with the two key rings as pictured.

Is this truly 'Heavy duty', does feel like a heavy strong metal or lighter like aluminum ?

Light as aluminum but won’t break or bend under stress. The gold on it is already fading and you can see the copper under it. Under daily use for over a month and should be used aesthetically rather than “heavy duty” applications.
