Do I need to purchase a brush for application as well as a neutralizer for after the peel?

You don't need the brush, as you can use a regular foam application pad.  You can get a big bag of them cheap at the drugstore and just toss after use.  I've even used a washcloth in a pinch. I would recommend a ph balanced moisturizer.  I personally have used SebaMed and found that it did wonders for my skin even when not using the peel.  I haven't tried anything else though so you may want to look around.  But I do give SebaMed a thumbs up.  Best of luck!

I am almost 60 and would like to be rid of the fine lines of wrinkles around my lips.  Will this product work at my age?

I'm 62 and love this stuff.  I have severe lines around my lips and it has minimized them.  Use it once a week and see. The results take time, so use it regularly and expect to see benefits in 3-4 weeks.  It make my skin glow and look younger.  There's no downside for me on this product, only upside. Put Chapstick or vasoline to protect your lips before using the Peel because for me it burns a little when it touches my lip.

Question 3

How close to the area under the eyes can you go? I have some wrinkles above my cheeks/under my eyes that I'd like to soften. Can I do that with this?

I go all around my eyes with it - not sure if you're suppose to but I have the same issues - tried it under my eyes and crows feet area and didn't have any problems so now also put on my lids.  I love that it's a thin gel because I dont' have to worry about it running into my eyes.  Just an aside - I tried a stonger Glycolic Acid peel and it was a mistake - it was a liquid and not a gel which I didn't realize, but also way too strong.  I'm going to stick with this product.

what is the ph level in the 30%

To tell you the truth, I don't know. However, you must know that it changes the normal ph of the face wich is 5.5 and you have to neutralize the acid as soon as the time is up in order to stop it from working any longer and to det the 5.5 ph back.
