it is too high to be used in the shoes. the foot gets lifted and will hit the shoes sides from the inside. even after trimming it, it did not fit well. My advice would be to return the shoes and get one size smaller than to buy this thing.

Good base, howevee it makes your shoes smaller fit and tight
It has good base, but not what i expected since when trimmed and fit into place , it makes the shoes about a size or two smaller (with original insoles removed) So i used them in my boots which got loosened up over time to make it tighter and fit and it worked well for me..

Hard, arch fit is good.
This insole is bit hard. However, good arch support. You should buy shoes one size more than normal fit. Because, the fit will be changed after putting the insoles.
