Not useful, defected product
I received today and when trying it, it did not inflat itself, i tried to inflat by blowing yet the air goes out and it gets deflated while usage, the item is defected and when trying to retun it, they notify me it is not eligible for returning although it was mentioned we have 15 days for returning it.!

Disappointed! Doesn’t stay inflated.
It would be a great product if it stayed inflated. It needs inflating before you sit on it every time because the air has escaped after every use. Not worth the cost! Buy a cheaper version instead!

Estoy realmente insatisfecha con la compra. Se trata de un producto para el cuidado de una zona muy delicada y el cojíin no se infla, es practicamente plano. Lo peor es que no tiene política de devolución por defecto en el producto. Es un robo.

Super comfortable. I have a terrible pregnancy thrombosed hemorrhoid and it’s given me so much relief. I had another circle cushion I like but this one is more comfortable. The self blow up feature doesn’t work but I don’t mind blowing it up myself because it’s comfortable and easy to carry. The ice packs don’t really help my bottom but will be nice for my vagina once I give birth.

This product only last less than 2 weeks. After that I have to manual re-inflate the cushion time to time of each use. 100% the valve is tighten and still leak. Not worth for the money in my opinion. Midwife showed us rolled 2 bath towel method is more effective to relieve the pressure in the wound. Only best friend to my wife is the ice pad. *My wife weight <62kg
