I only purchased one bottle. The product actually helped with inflammation. I was prepared to try another bottle however what turned me off was the following. When I received the first bottle on the cap was indicated that it was possible to receive a free bottle. This in my mind was excellent because the cost of the product at $39.00, would bring cost down over time. When I contacted the company by phone to inquire about the offering there was an issues with the connection. I was not able to connect. Called AMAZON for help - they indicated they could not do anything because the free bottle was not offered by them. They instead gave me an alternate number. After some tries I was able to leave a message on a number which had a answering machine. Left a message over 2 weeks ago - no response. Also found a link to the company that seemed to represent the manufacturer - when I clicked, the message was go back - potential difficulties to the computer. Finally, I found a site that gave a history about the company. It seems the people who own the company have owned other companies that have gone under. It is understood that companies go under, it can happen to any business. And, people can start over and all goes well, prime example, Walt Disney went under more than once. When a company is selling products to the public they should make themselves available for questions etc. One of the key factors to success is providing good Customer Service. It is one of the main comments in the testimonials that consumers upload on company sites and it is Testimonials that the public generally rely on in deciding the company they will purchase from. And, if a company is offering a promotional item - at least be available to explain what the promotion is about. There are so many companies in competition these days for just about everything. Always best to provide good Customer Service because after all Consumers are what businesses are about.

I attended a seminar to learn about stem cell therapy. This supplement Rocks!! I have OA in most of my joints. I take one other supplement with this. I have taken this for a few months and I do see improvement. Hence, my reorder. There are so many bottles of pills out there, I know, I've tried them all. Most have side effects which make things worse. So far, nothing negative and Everything Positive. I'm gonna keep taking these for a while. Walking is good 🙂
