Good for dog bloat, and gas
We had an older dog who began to have bloat issues after a surgery. We found ourselves rushing to the pet ER once a week. He’d hang out for a bit and we’d take him home. All those vet visits really added up, so finally out of desperation, we asked what we could do at home. It turns out they’d been giving him baby gas medicine the whole time. While bloat is nothing to mess with and you should absolutely take your pet to the vet, if they always come home quickly without issue, ask about giving them baby gas medicine at home. But seriously don’t chance just giving it to them without asking the vet. Dogs can die from bloat, be sure your safe to do it first.

Works
I give this to my dog for a licking problem she has. Her belly gets distended and firm, and the gas drops seems to give her real relief.

Works well
I recently had vertical sleeve gastrectomy, and this was gentle enough on my stomach.

No in-cap dropper
I bought this specifically for the dropper in the cap, which is shown in the product image. The product I received, however, has a separate syringe included and not an in-cap syringe or dropper. Hence the rating.

These are great!
They work great and a are a much cheaper alternative to GAS-X. I don't understand why these are marketed only for infants. Has a slight mint flavor. Take a few drops and chase with a little bit of water. Very effective!
