MJJC Foam Cannon for Karcher K Series pressure washers only karcher k1 k2 k3 k4 k5 k6 k7, other brands pressure washers are not compatible

This just didn't do what I needed it to, namely, clean the car. It's very well made and has a great price. Along with those features, it's made to work with electric pressure washers, not the expensive gas-powered ones. Exactly what I was looking for.I followed the excellent, clear instructions to assemble it and fill it with a cleaning solution (30% car wash soap + 70% water). With my small 1,300 psi/1.3 gpm pressure washer, it made copious amounts of foam that clung to the surface of the vehicle.However, to make all that foam, it positively eats soap. I went through 24 ounces of Turtle Wax ICE car wash for two cars. That's about ten times what I'd normally use.The other problem was it did not clean either vehicle at all. My truck was recently washed and waxed. Due to a recent rainstorm, it was showing black stripes of dirt on the white paint. Even after thoroughly coating the tailgate a second time & letting the foam sit for three minutes, not a single stripe was removed or reduced. Touching the stripes lightly with a fingertip removed them.Perhaps if your car is just dusty or if you purchase the super expensive made-for-foam-cannon soap, maybe this will work for you. I'm returning this and going back to washing with a mitt.

I finally got a chance to use this foam gun today. I used it with Mcguires Gold Class that I usually use with a bucket. It took me a minute to figure out how to fine tune it. The knob on top was set to the Max setting, but it didn't blow much foam. When I turned it down, the foam really started flowing. It sticks to all surfaces, horizontal and vertical, and it stays there. I sprayed the foam, then waited a few minutes, then used the high pressure nozzle from my pressure washer to rinse off the foam. My car wasn't filthy to start, I washed it about two weeks ago, but when I was done, it looked great. Eventually it will need a bucket wash, but this will keep it clean so I don't need to bucket wash so often. I still need to tinker with it to find the right amount of soap to use, but so far it worked great. It comes with two nozzles, one for lower flowing pressure washers. I may try swapping this next. Even if you plan on bucket washing, the foam gun is an easy way to get the soap on the car. You can spray it on, and wipe it down. I like it.

I was skeptical at first since there were little reviews for this, but wasn't willing to dish out $80 for the name brand from Chemical guys or Adams polish. So I went for it and have been very pleased with the result.Man does this thing work, and works REALLY well.I was laying on VERY THICK foam on my car right out the gate. I'm just using regular Meguiars car wash soap from Costco diluted per the instructions provided with this kit. So about 1/3 soap, then fill the bottle with water, shake it well, screw it on and blast that foam away!!!You can adjust the thickness of the foam via the top knob which controls the flow of soap mixture. There is even an extra adapter provided for those of us running weaker pressure washers.Overall this is very well made and feels really solid as a whole. I've used it 5 times so far and have it tuned exactly to what I want it to do. I can turn my red sports car completely white because of how thick the foam is.I look like a kid shooting foam on my car when this thing is going! :)

I never thought I would be one to "foam" my vehicle, but I really love this thing! My Karcher is low volume (1.5 Gal/min), so I'm glad they included the appropriate screw valve jet. A neighbor saw me and asked how I was able to foam my vehicle. She thought it was a great idea as opposed to carrying around a heavy bucket of water.The bottle did not come with the brand logo on it, which is fine. It does have the volume markings in 100ml gradations. The nozzle assembly seems well made, and the hose has a filter on the end so it doesn't suck up particles from the bottle. Nice!I just used 100ml standard car wash soap, diluted in a full bottle of water (1L), and I got nice thick foam once I played around with the top dial that controls how much soap mix is added to the water from the pressure washer, and the spray pattern adjustment on the end of the nozzle.I have about a 200ml of soap mix left after foaming a mid-size SUV.

This is a poorly designed unit. A made in China unit that copied someone else's design, but poorly executed.The plastic is hard and I needed to trim the flashing off so that my hands wouldn't get cut. There are no real instructions, only an exploded parts diagram with helpful descriptors such as "Black knob". Really? I never would have guessed that. How do I plug this into my power washer (a Sun Joe unit)? No clue given, nor was there any obvious descriptors. Do I need to buy an adapter? Again, no clue. I am an experienced engineer and consider myself to be an above average tool guy.A waste of money. I am not a paid reviewer - and have never done so for any of the hundreds of products that I have purchased from Amazon.

Needs a lot of work to keep cooking. I have to use an air compressor to clear it out every time I use it. I didn't figure that out until I spent an hour messing with it.

Not sure if my power washer has enough power but the thickness of the foam is somewhat "watered down". Is also very difficult to hold when using, as rotating the cannon part means water spraying all over you.

Product is leaking right out of the box. I hooked up the bottle after i filled it about half way with soap and water and turned it over to mix it and it leaks from the round pipe that goes up into the main body. Sprays a ton of foam but from the leak, i had to fill up the bottle 3 times to just cover my car. I would like a replacement and i would upgrade to 5 stars
