Is this a set of 2 1lb balls or do I have to buy them seperately

What is the diameter of the ball? It is not listed here and the reviews say that the size varies.

They are about 3.75" in diameter and I find that a little bit too big. I had a pair of "the same" Stott Pilates weighted balls from a previous purchase and they were smaller, which made them fit into my hands better.

Is this a 2 pack for 19.99?

In my order I only got one. In the description it does not state "2 pack" so I would assume you will only receive one(1) of the 2 pound(lbs) weight.

What kind of pump do I need to inflate a deflated toning?

You don’t need a pump, it is filled with sand. Mine came very stiff and I had to knead them. If you want to inflate it, you can use a football pump but I don’t recommend it as sand might come out.
