Happy to find something that works
I tried these out for the first time in high-heeled mules and for an occasion where I had to walk awhile (I know better but I did it anyways!). I am very happy to report that they worked really well! They were comfortable and provided the support I need, plus they didn't unstick part way through. I was particularly concerned about that as I had stuck and unstuck the first one three times to determine the best placement in the shoe - but no, they stayed put. I will be added these to my other shoes that I love but haven't been able to wear anymore due to pain from hallux limitus.

Made Dress Shoes More Bearable
I've used these in dress shoes and sandals. I have high arches and plantar fasciitis so it difficult for me to wear many shoes other than sneakers. These arch support insoles have been easy to apply and made wearing dress shoes bearable for longer. The gel is nice and squishy while firm enough for support. They are very incognito due to being clear. These are a good value for the cost and I will buy additional once I go through this current pack.

Material is good, but it does not stick to sole. Adhesive is weak. Otherwise does the intended job.

Super sticky and effective
These are my ‘go to’ for all my shoes. I have a high arch so I just slip one of these super-sticky arch supports inside all of my shoes. They’re clear so they’re not visible but they give me just the arch lift I need to keep me out of pain.
